1. Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of the original purchase date. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

3. Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Personalized items (e.g., cables with your custom branding or packing)
Special Items (e.g., cables made on special request)

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2 days.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send your items to our factory store or collection center, and we will replace it within a day.
